​Bible Church - Dependent on Christ

The Bible is the complete, true, and final word of God. It is fully true in all it teaches. It is the highest rule for what we believe and how we live our lives every day. 

Why the Bible is the Final Rule
  • God spoke it: God guided the writers so they wrote His exact words without error.
  • It never fails: Everything the Bible says is completely true and dependable.
  • It is all we need: It gives us all the truth we need to know God and please Him.

What This Means for Life
  • Truth for all areas: It guides our thoughts, our work, our families, and our choices.
  • Higher than human ideas: God's word stands above human science, culture, and feelings.
  • The test for truth: If a new idea goes against the Bible, we reject it.

How We Live It Out
  • Read it daily: We study it to learn God's ways.
  • Obey it fully: We do what it says, even when it is hard.
  • Trust it completely: We lean on its promises in hard times.
